Finland

Suomen Palloliitto
Founded: 1907
Federation: UEFA
- Finland started international football with a 5-2 loss against Sweden in 1911. Their biggest success was a fourth place at the 1912 summer Olympics in Sweden. Sadly, that is the only highlight, they have never qualified for the World Cup or European Championship. England and Finland last met in 2001 in Sven-Goran Eriksson's first competitive game as England head coach. Despite going behind, England won 2-1 thanks to Michael Owen and David Beckham.
