Arnold Kirke Smith (23rd April 1850 - 8th October 1927) was an international footballer who represented England 1 time scoring 0 goals. His only cap was against Scotland on 30th November 1872 at the age of 22. Smith, born on 23rd April 1850, in Ecclesfield, Sheffield, has a FA Legacy Number of 8 and played as a Forward for his country.

Having been a founder member of the Oxford University club he was FA Cup runner-up with them in 1873. He played for Scotland against England in the pre-official matches. He was ordained in 1875 and after curacies at Biggleswade, East Socon & Somersham became vicar at Boxworth in 1889 until his death in 1927. Sometimes erroneously named Kirke-Smith but his birth certificate states Kirke was a middle name.
